How do I get started?

Weekly SEO finds things to improve on your website and shows you where and how to change them. Follow the steps below to start. Each account supports one website.

  1. Create an account and open the verification link in your email.
  2. Choose a plan and add a card. Eligible first-time accounts start a 14-day trial. Returning subscribers see the first charge before confirming.
  3. In My reports, enter your site name, URL, target country and content language. Adding the site starts its first analysis. You can connect Google later.
How does the 14-day trial work?

Add a card for a one-time, 14-day trial with two free analyses. We email you seven days before it ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan’s monthly fee is charged automatically.

  1. The two analyses include scheduled and manually requested runs. The number of pages checked depends on your selected plan.
  2. Check the end date in your account. Complete cancellation before that date to avoid the first subscription fee. Saved reports remain available after the trial.
How do I connect Google Search Console?

Connect Google to see which searches led to impressions and clicks for your pages. You can analyze your website without connecting it.

  1. Register your site in Search Console and check that the Google account you will connect has access to it.
  2. Open the site connections in My reports, select Connect Google, and approve read access to search data.
  3. Search data appears in analyses run after connecting. Values cover the listed pages and queries, rather than site-wide totals.
Why are there no suggestions or unavailable results?

There may be no suggestions when the pages checked do not provide a reason to recommend a change. “Unavailable” means that data could not be retrieved.

  1. Open the report details to see which pages were checked and where collection failed.
  2. Open any uncollected URL while logged out. If an error or security block persists, send that URL to your site developer.
Is Domain Rating an overall SEO score?

DR is Ahrefs’ measure of backlink strength: how links from other websites support yours. It is not a Google ranking or an overall SEO score.

  1. Check the retrieval date under site connections in My reports. “Previous result” means the latest refresh failed and a saved value is being shown.
How do I make the changes?

You can make the change yourself or send it to your site developer. Each guide includes the target page, editing location and steps.

  1. Open the guide’s target page and review the change. If there is a draft, check it against your content before copying it.
  2. Apply it in your site editor, then check the published page. For a development task, use Copy request to send the details to your developer.
  3. Mark the task complete when finished. This records your progress. A later analysis can verify changes it is able to check.
My analysis is queued or failed. What next?

Queued analyses run in order. Failed analyses do not use your allowance; you can retry while your trial or subscription is active and analyses remain.

  1. Refresh the status in My reports while an analysis is running. If it fails, check that the site opens, then retry.
  2. If it keeps failing, send support your site URL and the error message.
When do analyses run, and how many do I get?

The next analysis is scheduled seven days after one finishes. The trial includes two runs in total. Paid subscriptions include five monthly runs for Starter or seven for Growth, shared between scheduled and manual analyses.

  1. Paid usage resets on the first day of each month in UTC. Trial analyses from that same month count toward the total; failed analyses do not.
  2. Check your remaining allowance in My reports. If you have used it, work through your saved guides until another analysis becomes available.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter is US$9/month for up to three pages and three suggestions per analysis. Growth is US$19/month for up to ten pages and ten suggestions. Paid monthly allowances are five and seven analyses respectively. Both plans cover one website.

  1. Both plans offer a 14-day trial with two analyses. A card is required. The selected monthly fee is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  2. Suggestion counts depend on what the analysis finds and may be below the maximum. You can review the final total, including any tax, before confirming. Agency work is quoted separately.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth?

Paid Starter subscribers can upgrade to Growth. Your currency and renewal date stay the same, with a prorated charge for the remaining period. A new trial does not start.

  1. Select Upgrade to Growth on the pricing or account page, review the prorated charge, monthly price and tax, then confirm.
  2. If the button is unavailable, check your account for an active trial, scheduled cancellation, unpaid bill or pending change.
Which currency will I be charged in?

New subscriptions use KRW when started from Korean pricing and USD from English pricing. English plans use USD regardless of your country. Changing the language does not change an existing subscription’s currency.

  1. Find your existing subscription’s currency and payment history under subscription management in your account.
What happens when I cancel my trial or subscription?

Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription fee and keep access until the end date. Paid subscriptions remain available through the current billing period, then stop renewing. Saved reports stay available. Previous payments are not automatically refunded.

  1. Go to Account → Cancel subscription, review the end date, and continue.
  2. Confirm cancellation on the next screen. If a discount is offered, you can decline it and continue canceling.
  3. Return to your account and check that cancellation is scheduled with an end date.
My payment failed or my subscription has not updated.

Check your card and payment history under subscription management in your account. Follow any card authentication instructions on the payment screen.

  1. If you completed card setup or payment, wait briefly and refresh your account. Check the payment history first if your card already shows a charge.
  2. If it still has not updated, send support your account email and payment time. Do not send your full card number.
I cannot find or use my verification email.

Search your inbox and spam folder for Weekly SEO using the email you registered with. If you have already verified it, sign in.

  1. If there are several messages, open the most recent verification link.
  2. If the email is missing or the link does not work, contact support with your registered email address.
I forgot my password or cannot sign in.

Select Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your registered email.

  1. Open the email link and save a new password of at least 12 characters. Check spam if the message is missing.
  2. Sign in with the new password. If asked to verify your email, also open the link in your registration email.
How should I enter my country and address?

You can use an address in South Korea, the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK or Ireland. Enter your actual home or business address.

  1. Choose your country and search for the address. Enter it manually if there is no suitable result.
  2. Check the unit or apartment details and postal code, then save.
Can Pegcity make the changes for me?

Yes. Request a Pegcity quote from a change guide. The work is priced separately from your subscription, and requesting a quote does not charge you.

  1. Open the guide and select the Pegcity quote option. Include your preferred timing or site platform if you know it.
  2. Review the information to share and the consent, then submit. Decide whether to proceed after receiving the scope and quote.
